Le programme LIFE lance son appel à projets 2024 !

Voici le calendrier prévisionnel des dépôts des projets 2024 :

• Appels à projet d’action standard (SAPs) pour les sous-programmes économie circulaire et qualité de vie, nature et biodiversité, atténuation du changement climatique et adaptation : ouverture le 18 avril – fermeture septembre 2024.
• Subventions d’action LIFE pour le sous-programme Transition énergétique propre : ouverture mi-mai – fermeture mi-novembre 2024.
• Appels à projet stratégiques intégrés (SIPs) et à projets stratégiques pour la nature (SNAPs) en deux étapes : notes conceptuelles : ouverture 18 avril – fermeture septembre 2024 puis propositions complètes : mars 2024.
• Appels à projet de demande d’assistance technique au montage de SIPs et SNAPs : ouverture 18 avril – fermeture septembre 2024.

Collectivités, entreprises et associations peuvent y candidater.

Quelques exemples européens de projets Life avec un fort volet concernant l’éducation, l’animation, la mobilisation :

• LIFE e-Natura2000.edu

« The LIFE e-Natura2000.edu project will explore new approaches and learning methods to improve the knowledge and capacity of Natura 2000 site managers, of both public and private land, across the EU. It will analyse the training needed, and make available new ways of accessing information about the skills required for managing these sites and implementing policy. A mix of innovative tools and e-learning methods will be developed and tested. »

• Empowering local and regional authorities to design clean ENergy TRAnsition plans through Capacity and Knowledge building actions

« As recognized by recent EU frameworks, local and regional authorities have a key role in the implementation of energy and climate targets to achieve climate neutrality in the EU by 2050. However, local policymakers, especially in rural communities, often do not have adequate knowledge and technical capacity to undertake socially just energy planning processes. ENTRACK proposal stems from this urgent need, addressing knowledge and capacity gaps of local authorities and supporting them in co-designing social energy plans that respond to the real energy needs of regional and local stakeholders, including vulnerable citizens, and that are also in compliance with the European and national energy policy frameworks. Through the employment of participatory approaches (i.e. multi-actor perspective analysis, empowerment evaluation, and participatory ethnography) and the delineation of a co-designing, bottom-up approach that starts from local actors and integrates energy and social policies in the regional and sub-regional frameworks, ENTRACK will support Mediterranean rural municipalities in co-designing feasible, ambitious, and just energy plans. »
